Tax Collector Ben Anderson says, “After analyzing our existing operations, we determined that road testing was a time consuming function that took multiple Agents off the counter.” He continued, “Going to one location with one employee dedicated to that service will help all of our customers realize shorter wait times for all services. More agents will be available for our customers conducting other transactions, including driver license renewals, in our Ft. Walton Beach, Crestview and Niceville offices.

Road Tests are offered by appointment only which can be made by calling 651-7300 or online at: www.OkaloosaTax.com . See “Road Test Online Scheduler” under “Helpful Links.”
